The Clarity Play offers experiential workshops, simulation games, and transformational sessions designed for personal development. Our tools are educational, therapeutic in nature β€” but not a substitute for professional therapy, financial advice, or medical care.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions are booked via our integrated Calendly system.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Razer (you choose!).

  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may vary depending on the program, facilitator, or location.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Life happens β€” we get it. Here's how we handle changes:

For Individuals:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours in advance: Full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund, but we may offer rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.

For Group Workshops:

  • A 5-day notice is required for a full refund.

  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session or workshop. If this happens, you will be fully refunded or offered a new slot.

5. Code of Conduct

At The ClarityPlay, we create safe, inclusive, and respectful spaces. By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat others with kindness, respect, and confidentiality

  • Not record or reproduce any part of the experience without consent

  • Respect the vulnerability of others and avoid judgment or disruption

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the safety or flow of the experience.

All content, game materials, visuals, methods, and language used in The ClarityPlay are the intellectual property of the company and its founders. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or share these materials without written permission.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • Participants are responsible for their own emotional and psychological well-being.
