The ClarityPlay wasn't born out of a business plan. It was born from personal awakening, lived experience, and a deep desire to help others shift - because I had to shift ourselves first.

Why I Started

My journey began as participants in a simulation called Wealth & Joy. I expected a simple game - something engaging, perhaps even entertaining. What I encountered instead was a powerful mirror that reflected how we made decisions, communicated under pressure, and managed both risk and relationships.


That moment didn't just teach me something — it transformed me.

It showed me that growth does not happen through lectures or theories - it happens through experience, reflection, and safe practice. We saw firsthand how a well-designed simulation could surface blind spots, unlock empathy, and accelerate transformation in ways traditional training never could.

That realization became the foundation for The ClarityPlay - a platform where individuals and communities can experiment, align and grow through play. Because the future belongs to those who can learn, unlearn, and realign - not just in theory, but in action.

From nurse to CEO to transformational coach, Aaron’s journey is one of resilience, reinvention, and purpose. His path through healthcare, leadership, and personal adversity shaped a deep understanding of both human potential and organizational growh.

After leading in the medical sector as CEO, a financial collapse became the catalyst for his greatest transformation - a journey from external achievement to inner leadership. Through years of deep self-work, subconscious transformation, and emotional integration, Aaron rebuilt from within.

His encounter with Wealth & Joy Simulation Game became a pivotal moment - revealing how experiential play can surface hidden patterns, strengthen awareness, and align people toward meaningful action.

Today, Aaron integrates his lived experience with transformational frameworks to help leaders, teams break old cycles, restore trust, and rediscover clarity. His programs create a safe, reflective spaces wither growth becomes not just a goal, but a shared experience of conscious evolution.
